The nearest train station is Amsterdam South. You can take the shuttle bus from there. Please check NS Reisplanner to see what’s the easiest way to get to Amsterdam South from your location.
To make the trip easier we’ve arranged for a shuttle bus service to our event. From there it’s a 5 minute walk to the venue.

Shuttle bus tickets can only be bought online until one day prior to the event. After that time the tickets can be bought by the shuttle bus at Amsterdam South, cash only!
When travelling from the event to Amsterdam South your ticket will be checked, please hold on to it carefully during the day.
Of course we support traveling by bike. It’s easy, cheap and there’s more than enough room to park your bike. To reach it, please follow the signs.

We strongly advice not to come by car. Instead please come by shuttle bus or bike. If however you do decide to come by car, use Rietwijkeroordweg 59 as navigation address and follow the signs.

KISS AND RIDE
If you decide to drop somebody of, take exit 6 Aalsmeer at the A9 and follow N232 to N321.

Are you arriving by touringcar? Make sure to register at http://shop.onlineticket.nl/evenement/2704/1/909/. Touringcars that have preregistered are allowed to park for free. If you haven’t preregistered you will have to pay at the event. You will receive travel information regarding arrival and departure times prior to the event.
It is possible to scan your e-ticket from the screen of your phone. To make things easy at the gate, make sure you already have your ticket on your phone. Internet connection at the venue can be a bit slow, so do this before you leave your home. For questions or support regarding tickets please contact YourTicketProvider.
There are lockers available at the venue to safely stow away any belongings. If you forgot any items after leaving the event, please visit lockerbox.nl for more information.
Make sure you have cash money with you. Payment by debit card/creditcard is limited.
LOST AND FOUND
If you lose or find something, you can go to the counter where the lockers are being sold. Everything will be collected there. After the event you can contact the organisation on email@example.com to check if we found your properties.
RULES 909 EVENTS
909 Events has several rules to make sure that the event passes by safe and peaceful. When entering the event area, you will automatically agree to these rules.
Zero tolerance drug policy
909 maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. 909’s events are drug free! It is forbidden to use or posses any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. It is forbidden to trade drugs on the events of 909. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without being charged with any consequences.
Access to the event site can only be provided if you are in possession of a valid ticket. Valid tickets can be obtained through the official 909 website. Once purchased, tickets can not be refunded. The organization strongly recommends not to buy any tickets trough a third party selling point. After leaving the event area, the right of access to the event site expires. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors. Any evidence of irregularities such as, but not limited to, (attempted) use of (false) admission tickets and wristbands fraud is reported to the police.
Visitors under 18 will not be allowed (even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and / or other adults).
At the request of a security staff member you should be able to identify yourself. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. Valid identification means a passport, identity card or driving license. Copies will not be accepted.
Every visitor that enters the event area will be checked by a security employee. It’s allowed to request the search to be executed by an employee of the same sex. This check is set to all visitors, guests, employees and artists in order to protect the general safety on the event. Refusing the check will lead to denied access to the event.
Follow signs and instructions
Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. Refusing this search will lead to removal from the event.
It is prohibited to enter the event area under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. When noticed you will be denied access without the right to a ticket refund.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire-or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).

Use of medication
The use of medication is allowed when the medication is based on medical grounds and is still sealed. In any case the user needs to have a signed statement by an MD to show the organization. In addition to the written statement, identification with an ID or a passport is also required.
Trade and sales
It is prohibited to sell or trade any merchandise or products at the event area and parking areas without the consent of the organization.
It is prohibited to distribute flyers, posters and/or banners or other promotional activities at the event area and/or parking areas without the consent of the organization.
Lockers are available at the festival location. However, you are responsible for your personal belongings. The organization recommends to take no valuable possessions to the event and/or to leave them in your car.
It is not allowed to enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the festival area and handed over to the police.
Objects and structures
It is forbidden to climb stages, buildings, fences or other objects. It is also not allowed to take any objects/structures from the event area.
Video, photo and sound recordings
Everyone that enters the event area gives permissions to be filmed, photographed and sound recorded. The organization uses the pictures and recordings for promotional purposes.
Parking / bicycle storage
Bicycles and cars must be parked in the designated parking places. If you fail to do so you risk your vehicle to be removed. Instructions of the traffic supervisors should always be followed.
Loud music will be produced at the event area. The organization is not liable for any negative consequences that may occur. The organization recommends using earplugs or occasionally visiting some of the quiet areas to give your ears some rest.
The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.
It is prohibited to smoke at indoor areas.
It is prohibited to wear clothes which represent any kind of sports team, other clubs or shirts with offending lyrics/symbols/tattoos etc. Keep your shirt on during the entire event.
It is not allowed to visit our event with a guide dog. Various authorities were consulted and they advise against this for several reasons. We encourage to visit the event accompanied by another person. Please feel free to contact us on email@example.com in case you have any further questions.
Own risk policy
Entering the event area is at your own risk. 909 Events and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location/event.
Other relevant situations
In situations where the rules do not apply, the organization will decide on the measures to be taken. The decision of the organization in this respect is binding.
WHEN RULES ARE NOT BEING FOLLOWED ACCESS TO THE EVENT WILL BE DENIED WITHOUT ANY REFUND OF THE ENTRANCE TICKET. IF ACCESS IS DENIED, YOU WILL DIRECTLY BE REMOVED FROM THE EVENT AREA.
