After a hugely successful first 909 Festival 2023 weekend edition, we will come back for a another full weekend on 1&2 June 2024!
Yes! Your Loveland Card is valid for Loveland van Oranje 2024, both days of 909 Festival 2024 and for both days of Loveland Festival 2024.
The festival will be entirely outside. There will be no inside stages or tents. In case of heavy rain measurements will be takes accordingly.
The festival terrain will be open on Saturday from 12pm (noon) to 11pm. On Sunday the festival terrain will be open from 1pm to 11pm.
The last entry will be at 10pm.
During the ticket purchase process, the ticket owner’s full name, email address and other information needs to filled in for every individual ticket. Later on, it is possible to can change this data with the help of this website
You can resend your booking confirmation email with the help of this website or you can contact us via [email protected] and we will help you out.
If you purchased it via Ticketswap, please login to your personal account and re-download your ticket.

You can safely re-sell your ticket via our official secondhand ticket partner – Ticketswap. You can sell your day ticket for the day mentioned on the ticket and your weekend tickets as one (but not partially for one day). It is not possible to go to the event on Saturday and sell your weekend ticket for the Sunday. Friend tickets are non-resellable.
Yes, visitors under 18 will not be allowed (even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and / or other adults).
909 has several rules to make sure that the event passes by safe and peaceful. When entering the event area you will automatically agree to these rules.
Access to the event site can only be provided if you are in possession of a valid ticket. Valid tickets can be obtained via the official 909 Festival website and Ticketswap. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned.
The organization strongly recommends not to buy any tickets through a third-party resellers or non-official partners. Any evidence of irregularities such as, but not limited to: (attempted) use of (false) admission tickets and wristbands fraud is reported to the police.
The e-ticket can be scanned from your phone, but make sure you download it upfront, have your battery charged and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in. Then, it’s time to put your phone away and start dancing.
A weekend ticket is valid on both Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, your ticket needs to be scanned at the entrance on both days!
After leaving the event area, the right of access to the event site expires. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors.
No, a weekend ticket is only valid for one person/visitor.
ID’s will be checked at the entrance without exception, so don’t forget to bring your driver’s license, ID card or passport. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee.
A valid identification document is an official certificate, therefore copies will not be accepted.
Bicycles and cars must be parked in the designated parking places. If you fail to do so you risk your vehicle to be removed. Instructions of the traffic supervisors should always be followed. Car parking tickets can be purchased here at a later point!
Every visitor that enters the event area will be checked by a security employee. It’s allowed to request the search to be executed by an employee of the same sex. This check is set to all visitors, guests, employees and artists in order to protect the general safety on the event. Refusing the check will lead to denied access to the event.
909 Festival maintains a zero-tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use or possess or trade any drugs at the event. This also includes soft drugs such as cannabis.
When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. When the delinquent is being caught trading drugs he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without being charged with any consequences.
It is prohibited to enter the event area under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. When noticed you will be denied access without the right to a ticket refund.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire-or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).

The use of medication is allowed when the medication is based on medical grounds and the package is still sealed. In any case the user needs to have a signed statement by a doctor to show the organization. In addition to the written statement, identification with an ID or a passport is also required.
It is prohibited to wear clothes which represent any kind of sports clubs or shirts with offending lyrics/symbols/tattoos etc. Keep your shirt on during the entire event.
1. It is forbidden to climb stages, buildings, fences or other objects. It is also not allowed to take any objects/structures from the event area.
2. It is not allowed to enter a toilet cabin with multiple persons. Urinating outside the designated facilities is prohibited. Offenders will be removed from the festival area and handed over to the police.
3. Directions and instructions of the (security) staff must be followed at all times. At the suspicion of a violation of the rules, the security staff has the right to body search. Refusing this search will lead to removal from the event.
Yes, smoking is allowed on the festival terrain. Please make sure to throw the cigarette buds into the designated trash cans to keep our beautiful festival terrain clean. (You can get your own portable ashtray at the entrance or at the merchandise)
During 909 events Alpine earplugs will be available at the Alpine earplug booth. With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs you can still hear the music perfectly, conversations remain intelligible and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. The organization recommends using earplugs or occasionally visiting some of the quiet areas to give your ears some rest. The organization is not liable for any negative consequences that may occur.
The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.

It is prohibited to distribute flyers, posters and/or banners or other promotional activities at the event area and/or parking areas without the consent of the organization. It is also forbidden to sell or trade any merchandise or products at the event area and parking areas without the consent of the organization.
Film-, video-, professional photography equipment (cameras with large, interchangeable lenses) and drones are not allowed, unless the organization has explicitly agreed to this in advance (eg for press). Mobile phones with photo / video capabilities and normal (digital) photo cameras without detachable lenses are allowed on the festival grounds.
Camera surveillance is present for the safety of the visitors and the organization. There are cameras in various places at the festival site. In case of calamities, these recordings may be shown as support material to government agencies. During the festival, photographs and video recordings are also made for promotional purposes. Anyone visiting an event organized by 909 Events agrees to these recordings.

Lockers will also be available at the festival location. Keep in mind that you are responsible for your personal belongings. The organization recommends to take no valuable possessions to the event.
The small lockers are 24cm wide, 28cm high and 50cm deep.
Large lockers are 35cm wide, 28cm high and 50cm deep.
Items which were forgotten inside the lockers are collected by Lockerbox. You can check if your belongings were found by filling out this form. After the event you can contact the organization via [email protected] to check if we found your properties.
At 909 Festival we work with e-lockers, which means there is no deposit and no key. You will receive your locker number and pin code by email.
You enter the pin code of your locker at the lock to open and close it. Be careful when entering your pin code, people might look over your shoulder. Going home? Close your locker and go to the exit, you don’t have to pass by the Lockerbox service desk.
You will receive an e-mail with your locker number, pin code and instructions no later than the morning of the event. If you have not received a code, please show your locker ticket at the Lockerbox service desk on the festival terrain.
Yes, your locker number and pin code will remain the same for both days.
It is allowed to visit our event with a guide dog, but we don’t encourage it considering the loud music and crowdedness. If you are planning on visiting one of our events with a guide dog, we ask that you contact us beforehand by sending an email to [email protected] so we can inform you about the best way to enter the festival.
909 Festival is accessible to people with disabilities; we want our event to be fun for everyone. That is why we do our best to make the festival accessible and enjoyable for people with disabilities.
We take the following steps for this:
Parking facilities near the entrance are reserved for people with disabilities.
Widened access gates for people in wheelchairs, both at the entrance and at the visitation.
Each toilet group has one or more disabled toilets, and there are always people who can provide assistance with the toilets.
Passageways and walkways are always spacious enough for wheelchairs or other care aids.
Entering the event area is at your own risk. 909 Events and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location/event.
In situations where the rules do not apply, the organization will decide on the measures to be taken. The decision of the organization in this respect is binding.

The shuttle bus will depart and return from and to Amsterdam Zuid between 11:00-00:30.
Yes, the shuttle bus tickets are return tickets valid for one person. When travelling back to Amsterdam Zuid, your ticket will be checked again, so please hold on to it carefully.
Smoking in the shuttle bus is strictly prohibited. Using the shuttle bus is at own risk. Instructions of the driver and supervising employees need to be followed at any time. The driver and supervising employees have the authority to deny (groups of) people to the bus.
In case of delay neither Brink Verkeer, nor YourTicketProvider.nl are responsible for any (financial) consequences of missed connections to public transport.
