909 has several rules to make sure that the event passes by safe and peaceful. When entering the event area you will automatically agree to these rules.
Access to the event site can only be provided if you are in possession of a valid ticket. Valid tickets can be obtained through the official 909 website. Once purchased, tickets can not be refunded. The organization strongly recommends not to buy any tickets trough a third party selling point. Any evidence of irregularities such as, but not limited to, (attempted) use of (false) admission tickets and wristbands fraud is reported to the police.
After leaving the event area, the right of access to the event site expires. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previous accessed visitors.
Visitors under 18 will not be allowed (even when accompanied by a parent, guardian and / or other adults).
At the request of a security staff member you should be able to identify yourself. If you do not have a valid identity document you will be denied access without right to refund of the entry fee. Valid identification means a passport, identity card or driving license. Copies will not be accepted.
Bicycles and cars must be parked in the designated parking places. If you fail to do so you risk your vehicle to be removed. Instructions of the traffic supervisors should always be followed.
Every visitor that enters the event area will be checked by a security employee. It’s allowed to request the search to be executed by an employee of the same sex. The security employee is allowed to check your bag at all times. This check is set to all visitors, guests, employees and artists in order to protect the general safety on the event. Refusing the check will lead to denied access to the event.
909 maintains a zero tolerance policy on drugs. It is forbidden to use or posses any drugs at the event. When the organization spots or confirms any infringements, the offender can be handed over to the police. It is forbidden to trade drugs on the events of 909. When the delinquent is being caught he/she will be transferred over to the police. Before entering the event you will be able to deposit drugs in the designated drugs barrels without being charged with any consequences.
It is prohibited to enter the event area under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. When noticed you will be denied access without the right to a ticket refund.
It is forbidden to enter the event area with the following products or materials: Soft drugs, hard drugs, food, (alcoholic) drinks, glassware, (plastic) bottles, cans, flags, sticks, umbrellas, walking sticks (except medical crutches and tools), pets, banners, objects with discriminating and/or provocative texts and/or expressions, battle-, cross-, fire-or shot weapons or other objects that could be used as a weapon, objects which may negatively affect the safety, health or well-being of the visitors, spray cans, atomizers, fireworks, torches, means of transport, professional video-, audio-, recording- and photo equipment (does not include digital compact cameras and mobile phones with camera function).

Camera surveillance is present for the safety of the visitors and the organization. There are cameras in various places at the festival site. In case of calamities, these recordings may be shown as support material to government agencies. During the festival, photographs and video recordings are also made for promotional purposes. The program is subject to change. When specific acts are cancelled, there will be no refund of entrance fees or other costs. The organization will always attempt to find a replacement of the same quality level with a similar music style.
During 909 events Alpine earplugs will be available at the Alpine earplug booth. With music above 87 dB it is smart to use earplugs with a special music filter. With these earplugs you can still hear the music perfectly, conversations remain intelligible and most important of all, you prevent hearing damage and the annoying ringing after the event. The organization recommends using earplugs or occasionally visiting some of the quiet areas to give your ears some rest. The organization is not liable for any negative consequences that may occur.
It is now possible to order a custom earplug with a 10€ discount, using the code LOVELAND2022! on the website of Alpine.
Lockers are available at the festival location. However, you are responsible for your personal belongings. The organization recommends to take no valuable possessions to the event and/or to leave them in your car.
If you lose or find something, you can go to the counter where the lockers are being sold. Everything will be collected there. After the event you can contact the organization via [email protected] to check if we found your properties.
It is allowed to visit our event with a guide dog, but we don’t encourage it considering the loud music and crowdedness. If you are planning on visiting one of our events with a guide dog, we ask that you contact us beforehand by sending an email to [email protected] so we can inform you about the best way to enter the festival.
909 Festival is accessible to people with disabilities; we want our event to be fun for everyone. That is why we do our best to make the festival accessible and enjoyable for people with disabilities.
We take the following steps for this:
Parking facilities near the entrance are reserved for people with disabilities.
Widened access gates for people in wheelchairs, both at the entrance and at the visitation.
Each toilet group has one or more disabled toilets, and there are always people who can provide assistance with the toilets.
Passageways and walkways are always spacious enough for wheelchairs or other care aids.
Entering the event area is at your own risk. 909 Events and it’s employees cannot be held liable for any injury, material damage and immaterial damage of the visitors of the location/event.
In situations where the rules do not apply, the organization will decide on the measures to be taken. The decision of the organization in this respect is binding.
